Emotional Intelligence for Managing Results in a Diverse World is a book that explains each part of the emotional intelligence and diversity model. It provides a mirror and a map with of each of the four concepts so that the reader can gain insight and also begin a journey toward desired change.
The Primer: This hands on consumable workbook introduces and explains the EID concept. The Primer combines broad conceptual information about what Emotional Intelligence and Diversity is with training tools that reflect a part of each of the four concepts in the model. It is a helpful introduction to the EID system.
