EIDIA key skill for leaders is the ability to effectively guide the organization others in a pluralistic environment and build work environments that leverage the potential of differences.  This is especially critical on today’s diverse workplace where, all too often, differences result in disruption, misunderstanding, conflict and lost opportunities.  Emotional Intelligence is widely acknowledged as a critical component of leadership effectiveness. However, additional dimensions of Emotional Intelligence are required to bridge the complex differences that exist between human beings in diverse environments. This development program presents a new paradigm of the critical intersection of Emotional Intelligence and Diversity and gives leaders the knowledge and tools to build harmonious, engaging and productive organizations.
